The fabric has already been washed once by Takumi Dream Ltd. Co., to reduce risk of color fading or shrinkage to a minimum. To keep your dress in good condition, please fold it and place it in a laundry bag, and wash it in the washing machine on a delicate cycle with water. Please avoid direct sunlight while drying.

In Australia, we only accept returns due to size issues within two weeks from the date of purchase. For any costs related to returns or refunds, please contact us directly at monokatari.jp@gmail.com, and we will handle your request individually.
